I love in-home newborn sessions for so many reasons, but one is for sure the lifestyle feel they bring to the images. It was such a cozy session in this family’s beautifully decorated Charleston home!

This darling baby boy slept so well during this session even though he was just over two weeks old. He was so snuggly with Mom and Dad, and I love that we were even able to shoot a bit of film for his session. The depth it adds to each image is just unmatched, and one of the reasons I will always prioritize film when possible.

Mom chose a beautiful dress from the client wardrobe, and the simple embroidery in a neutral color was a perfect touch! We kept things simple for baby boy to let his tiny features be the focus. How sweet is all that hair?! I love how natural and comfortable he looks in his space. The color of the accent wall in the nursery was so soothing, and it was a beautiful choice for this special room he will make his own as the years pass!

By opting for a membership instead of one-off sessions, you’ll receive more than just a few galleries of beautiful images. Each of your three galleries will be cohesive and tell the story of your baby’s first year. As a membership client, you can choose from some of the most important milestones in your little one’s first year. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a beautiful collection of memories to cherish forever.

This precious family chose newborn, six-month, and 18-month sessions for baby. I can’t wait to see them again soon to see how much he’s grown!!

After their final Membership session we’ll begin planning their custom-designed album. As a Mama myself, I can truly tell you that nothing beats seeing these images in an heirloom album- one that you can flip through with your little ones and share all of those sweet memories with them!
