If you saw this beautiful extended family session, then you got a sneak peek at this sweet little family already! I take a lot of images during sessions, so I thought it would be fun to split up the posts a bit and share more of this portion of their beach family session.

After taking some group and grandparent photos, I let the rest of the crew take a little break so I could photograph this sweet family. I cannot get over how cute this little guy looked! His smile is infectious, the cheeks, and oh those giggles… So sweet! Totally made me miss my boys being this little!! The one thing I keep saying in my own motherhood journey is that time is such a thief. So thankful for photos to help preserve some of those little details!

We had the most perfect weather that night and the entire family was such a joy to work with. I still feel like I have to pinch myself because I get to do this for a living. These photos are just so joyful- and that’s really what I want to capture. I didn’t prompt this gorgeous mama to cuddle or kiss her sweet boy but I hope that she loves that image as much as I do. Those in-between moments will forever and always be my favorites! This session made me so excited for more beach family sessions this summer!
